MENSTRUATION FOUNDATION
The MENstruation Foundation is a non-profit organisation that provides sanitary products to women and girls from under-resourced communities, with the aim of addressing period poverty. The Pain Collective contributed to the installation of a sanitary pad vending machine at Nyanga Police Station to support community access in Khayelitsha.
BOSS TRUST
The Bonnievale Autism Care Centre is a residential home for adolescents with autism in the Cape Winelands District. The centre focuses on developing daily living skills, structure, and ongoing education within a supportive environment. Supporting adolescents with autism requires consistency, routine, and clear communication – all of which are thoughtfully embedded in their care model. The Pain Collective values the work they do and continues to support their efforts.
HOOPSIG
The Paternoster Project NPO (Hoopsig) is an initiative led by South African and German collaborators, aimed at supporting children in Paternoster through education and after-school care. The Pain Collective supports this initiative by contributing towards the provision of nutritious lunchtime meals for children attending the Hoopsig programme.
WELLNESS DAYS
At the Pain Collective, we place strong emphasis on education and early intervention as part of responsible healthcare. Wellness Days form part of a community outreach initiative focused on public education around general well-being and conservative pain management.
