In 2022, The Pain Collective commenced a pain service from the Advanced Durbanville Surgical Centre. At the end of 2023, the service was relocated to Somerset Crescent ā our eighth purpose-built facility.
Dr Izelle Taljaard, a general practitioner with an interest in pain, is the resident doctor at PAIN Durbanville. The clinic features a large gym and rehabilitation area to support a full interdisciplinary team ā it also provides an aesthetic service.
Dr Taljaard utilises the ultramodern theatre facilities of the Advanced Durbanville Surgical Centre, with access to the full spectrum of laboratory and radiology services available at the Mediclinic Durbanville Hospital. Mediclinic Durbanville also has a multidisciplinary team of healthcare practitioners capable of addressing a wide range of medical conditions.
