Patients begin with a comprehensive one hour assessment, where we explore current eating patterns, lifestyle habits, daily routines, and personal health goals. Together, we establish practical, sustainable strategies and begin making meaningful shifts that support long term wellness and reduced inflammation.
The initial consultation is typically followed by a second session within one week to refine goals, create personalized structure and routines and provide tailored guidance. This two step process ensures a strong foundation and clear, individualized plan moving forward. Ongoing follow up sessions are highly recommended and are customized according to each patient’s needs, pace, and progress.

My practice specializes in supporting individuals with inflammatory and metabolic health conditions, with a particular focus on chronic pain management. I have a strong clinical interest in women’s health, especially during perimenopause and menopause, and I am passionate about the role of nutrition in optimizing hormonal balance, reducing inflammation, and improving long term quality of life.
A key area of focus in my work is gut and digestive health, as I believe a healthy gastrointestinal system is foundational to reducing inflammation and supporting whole body wellness. I take a holistic, evidence based approach that integrates nutrition therapy with lifestyle strategies, including stress management, sleep optimization, and movement to help clients build sustainable habits and achieve meaningful improvements in health and well being.
