In 2022, The Pain Collective established their fifth purpose-built facility at the Harbour Bay Medical Centre – located in the same building as the Advanced Harbour Bay Surgical Centre.
Dr Nadah Karriem, a general practitioner with an interest in pain, is the resident doctor at PAIN Deep South. The clinic provides access to a full interdisciplinary team. Dr Karriem utilises the ultramodern theatre facilities of the Advanced Harbour Bay Surgical Centre, with further access to the full spectrum of laboratory and radiology services available at Mediclinic Constantiaberg Hospital and Melomed Tokai Private Hospital. The clinic is supported by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare practitioners capable of addressing a wide range of medical conditions.
Dr Karriem also serves as the CEO of The Hesperus Initiative, PAIN’s non-profit company. Her intention is to ensure that chronic pain management is accessible to people from all walks of life.
