The patients from the West Coast have been supporting the Collective’s team since 2005 and to bring the services to the population, the Collective opened a local clinic in Vredenburg in 2021, and in 2023, we relocated the clinic to Langebaan to take advantage of the theatre facilities at the Langebaan Day Hospital.

Neurosurgeon with an interest in pain, Dr Hans Relling is the pain doctor at PAIN West Coast, the second interdisciplinary clinic that the Collective created.

Modern theatres and a state-of the-art fluoroscopy unit allows Dr Relling to perform pain procedures in the most optimal setting at the Langebaan Day Hospital. Patients no longer have to travel to the city for their management.

Laboratory facilities. G.P practises a pharmacy and rehabilitation facilities are available within the same building. Specialist radiology services such as MRI scan facilities are located in nearby Vredenburg at the Life Hospital.
