People who live with chronic pain must learn to live with their underlying condition. Understanding how their bodies work, how movement and food cause their body to react to inflammation, is crucial. People who live with chronic pain have the best possible outcome when they become actively involved with their own care. Various therapies such as Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Dietetics, Biokinetics and mindfulness play an extremely important role in self management.
