OUR SPECIAL INTEREST & CLINICAL FOCUS

My special interests include chronic pain management, orthopaedic rehabilitation, injury recovery, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, particularly for individuals undergoing hip or knee replacement surgery.

My clinical focus is on helping people restore movement, strength and confidence through personalised, evidence based exercise therapy. I work with individuals managing arthritis, back pain, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic health conditions, balance difficulties and age-related changes in mobility.

Fall-risk assessment and supporting older adults to remain strong, independent and active are also important areas of my practice. I have a particular interest in identifying movement dysfunction through postural, gait, strength and range-of-motion assessments. Where appropriate, I use VALD assessment technology to obtain objective measurements that guide rehabilitation and monitor progress. I also support recreational and competitive athletes through injury prevention, movement analysis, rehabilitation and sports performance programmes.

My approach is holistic, caring and collaborative. I enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team to address the individual as a whole and develop practical, sustainable programmes that improve function, reduce physical limitations and enhance quality of life.
