Since 2009, we’ve been helping clients from Table View, Blouberg, Parklands, Sunningdale and beyond to recover, rehabilitate and build long-term strength to manage their conditions.
We believe in personalised, hands-on physiotherapy: 45-minute sessions combining manual therapy, dry needling, education and tailored exercise, plus one-on-one Pilates and rehabilitation where appropriate.
We treat a broad range of conditions — from back and neck pain, arthritis, sports injuries, pre- / post-operative rehab to chronic pain syndromes.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR SESSION
Bookings can be made online at www.tableviewphysio.com or through our reception desk (call, email or whats app). All appointments are 45 minutes long and cost R670. Payment is upfront via card, cash or snapscan.
You can claim this back from your medical aid. If you have been approved for treatment on a spinal programme (Discovery or BNAP), this will be submitted directly to the medical aid.
Please bring a large towel and wear comfortable clothes that you can move easily in (for exercise) or that can be removed if necessary to assess and treat your problem area.
OUR SPECIAL INTEREST & CLINICAL FOCUS
We have a special interest in helping patients with back and neck pain, chronic pain and sports injuries. We also work in mental health clinics helping patients with stress and anxiety related pain.
