Marelee Fourie Physiotherapy is a professional and holistic physiotherapy practice dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.Â
The practice combines evidence-based physiotherapy with a personalised, compassionate approach to care. Treatment focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of pain or dysfunction rather than just managing symptoms. We have a special interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, women’s health, postural and movement rehabilitation, and Pilates-based therapy.
Each session is tailored to the individual, integrating hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, and education to promote long-term recovery and prevent recurrence. With a background in both physiotherapy and movement science, Marelee emphasises the connection between physical alignment, strength, and functional wellbeing.
Sessions often blend clinical expertise with mindful movement principles to restore balance and resilience in the body. The practice is known for its warm, welcoming environment where patients feel supported and understood.
Whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to enhance performance and posture, clients receive high-quality, one-on-one care designed to empower them on their healing journey.
Marelee Fourie Physiotherapy stands out for its professionalism, personal attention, and commitment to restoring optimal movement and health for every client.
